LiveThe platform
NamibWay brings travellers and Namibian hosts onto one platform. Travellers plan and request their whole trip in one place. Lodges, camps, guides and tour operators get the tools to run their business: calendar, rates, front desk and invoices.
Kaia
LiveThe voice
Kaia is the AI travel companion inside NamibWay. She asks how you like to travel, then builds a complete plan: where to sleep, what to do, where to eat and how to get there. Two variants, ready to request from real Namibian hosts, in the traveller’s own language.

Namibia’s best small businesses are invisible to travellers. A kapana grill worth queueing for, a guide who knows the Kunene, a camp with six beds: many of them exist on Facebook or Instagram alone, where nobody planning a trip from Europe will ever find them. We build them a web presence on their own domain, and the same site puts them inside NamibWay.

Kaia asks before she suggests. Behind her answers is a language model, and behind the model is what we know about the country: routes, distances, seasons, and the hosts who make a trip work.

How we work
Long distances, thin networks, small teams doing big work. That is where our software has to prove itself.
Many of our partners run their business over a satellite link. Every page we ship is measured against that: small, fast, and still useful when the connection drops.
Calendars, rates, guests and invoices belong to the business that owns them. We host and protect them. We do not sell them.
Websites run on the partner’s own domain, and content can leave with them. We want partners to stay because it works, not because leaving is hard.
Who we are
An entrepreneur who has built and run businesses in tourism, hospitality and retail, a software engineer with 25 years of experience building platforms, and an operations manager who keeps the daily business running. Kaia Technologies needs all three.
Co-founder · Business & Industry
Adriano has been an entrepreneur since 2016, building his own ventures while also working professionally and managing businesses for others. His experience spans tourism, hospitality, retail, sales, training and business development. Across these industries, he has always looked for new ideas, better ways of working and opportunities to create value. At Kaia Technologies, he leads business development, partnerships and industry strategy, helping turn ideas into businesses, products and opportunities.
Co-founder · Technology & AI
Till has been building software since 2001, from workflow systems and high-traffic mobile portals to payment platforms, e-commerce and apps that keep working offline. He studied business informatics at TU Darmstadt, did research at Fraunhofer and spent more than a decade building for markets in the Caribbean and South America, as head of IT and as co-founder of a portal company. In recent years he has put AI into production: assistants that work from a company’s own knowledge, self-hosted language models and agents. At Kaia Technologies he leads architecture, engineering and AI.
Operations Manager · Guest Relations
Charnette brings experience across operations, administration, planning and people-focused services. Her background includes office administration, events management and community counselling, complemented by an Honours degree in Clinical Psychology.
At Kaia Technologies, she supports the coordination of operations, partners and day-to-day business activities, helping ensure that ideas, projects and customer-facing services are organised and delivered effectively.

Where we are
The company is based in Windhoek, close to our partners and the country we build for. Part of the engineering happens in Germany, where many of Namibia’s travellers come from.
